Products are warehoused and stored locally in Central Ohio and ship in 2 - 3 business days after receipt of order (unless otherwise noted both special orders and backordered products).

Due to the size of our business and the nature of the return, please use our Contact form to inquire about your purchase and return. Within 30 days of purchase, keep the return item unworn and unwashed and contact us for resolution.

Our current preferred shipper is USPS. If you need alternative delivery options, please Contact Us prior to ordering.

We do occasionally offer pick-up, delivery, or meet-up options to customers who are local and ordering in larger quantities. We are open to minimizing shipping costs by allowing a pick-up or personal delivery service, but Contact Us to inquire about a large or custom order.

An automatic discount will be applied at checkout if your order total exceeds $100. This is a US only discount.

Due to our size, this is handled on a case-by-case basis. We can certainly try to accommodate a rush shipping order, but due to possible delays, we don’t offer this site-wide yet. Please Contact Us to inquire.
